Intoxilyzer 5000 Recertification Class Information

Refresher Classes are held once a month at the GPSTC in Forsyth and once a quarter in each of the GPSTC regional academies.

To be eligible for a Refresher Class you must possess a valid breath testing permit issued by DOFS and it must be within six months of expiration.   Operators with permits more than six months after the date of expiration will be required to attend a Basic Operators Course.

To register for a Refresher Class at the Forsyth location please contact Sgt. Dunn via e-mail at intox@gsp.net. Students are accepted unless otherwise notified. Walk-ins will be accepted as space permits.
